  Development of the Permanent AC Servo Control System Based on DSP
  With the development of material technology, power electronics technology, control theory, computer technology, micro-electronics technology and the improvement of motor manufacture level, permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) alternating current(AC) servo systems are widely used in all kinds of industry areas. In this paper, based on the analysis of the structure, movement principle and math model of PMSM, fundamental theories of vector control, coordinates transform and algorithm of space vector PWM are introduced and PI control, speed neodymium standard state and position calculation methods are discussed. Simulation models of AC servo system are established using software MATLAB and analyzed. The feasibility and validity of the designed control schemes are proved by simulation results. Then speed sensorless control for PMSM is studied and simulation models are established. The whole hardware structure of PMSM AC servo system and the lately TMS320F2812 DSP made by Texas Instruments Incorporated are analyzed. The controller hardware of PMSM AC servo system based on the DSP is designed and the function control software flow is http://www.999magnet.com/products/112-neodymium-standard-state presented. The servo system is tested on a permanent AC motor. Experiment results prove that this control system is feasible and the three-loop control strategy can be realized. The performance of the designed AC servo system can meet the needs of applications.
