  1) granular activated sludge process of sodium acetate and sodium propionate sludge extracellular polymer content of the trend component is similar to the proportion of protein and polysaccharide showed an increasing trend, indicating that the suitable concentration of Ce3 + on different carbon sources of microbial growth all have a stimulating effect on microbial metabolites and extracellular enzyme secretion produced beneficial effects of granular sludge; propionate sludge extracellular polymer components were significantly larger than the sodium acetate, indicating that the same concentration of Ce3 + on the role of different carbon sources ability differences, C sodium acetate are more susceptible than the Ce3 + stimulation.
  2) activated sludge process of sewage sludge particles of cerium ion content increased rapidly in the early, small fluctuations in the latter part of the experiment, indicating that the sludge on the absorption of cerium ions with a certain optimum limits; experiments in the late sodium acetate sludge cerium ion concentration higher than C in sodium cerium ion concentration in the sludge, indicating that different carbon sources on the absorption of cerium ions have different optimal values; cerium ion content of sludge and sludge extracellular polymer component content inconsistencies that different carbon sources, absorb large amount of cerium ions does not mean that the extracellular polymer component content is also large, cerium ions in the sludge of the sludge in the distribution of activity also plays an important role.
