As we all know, high gradient magnetic separation is sorting an important means of weakly magnetic minerals, but it is difficult to obtain high-grade iron ore, and the capacity is low. To solve the above problems, this paper presents the use of ultrasonic vibration technology online, supporting high gradient magnetic separation, to the use of ultrasonic vibration and air into a mechanical mixture of magnetic media used to alleviate problems and improve the concentrate grade.
