  FeNi磁温度补偿合金的研究
  Magnetic temperature compensation alloys are widely used in permanent magnetic circuit for stabilizing the magnetic flux in the air-gap. In this thesis the magnetic temperature alloys used in temperature range from room temperature to 160℃, were prepared by vacuum melting. The influences of doping and heat treatment on the magnetic temperature performances of the alloys were systematically investigated. The best doping compositions and the best heat treatment parameters were obtained. Finally, the temperature compensation characteristics of the alloys were verified experimentally in the Block neodymium magnet SmCo magnetic circuit and by the finite element simulations.Fe64Ni36 magnetic temperature compensation alloy was prepared by vacuum melting technique. The influences of doping elements Mn, Cr, Mo and Co on the properties of the alloys were investigated.
  The results show that both the working magnetic flux density Bm and the curie temperature Tc decrease monotonously with the increase of the content of the doping nonferromagnetic elements of Mn, Cr and Mo. The variation of the magnetic flux density with the temperature△B_m /△T decreases with the increase of the doping content. It is also observed that the Bm and the Tc of Fe64Ni36 alloy are not influenced by the Co element doping. In this thesis , the best doping elements and content are Mn2wt%、Mn3wt% and Cr3wt%.Several kinds of magnetic temperature compensation alloys with good magnetic temperature performances were annealed, and the effect of annealing temperature and annealing time on the magnetic temperature properties of the alloys were studied. The results show that high annealing temperature can improve the Bm and△B_m /△T. The annealing time has little influence on the magnetic temperature performances. The Curie temperatures of alloys are not dependent on the vacuum annealing. The best annealing process parameter is 500℃for 2 hours in http://www.chinamagnets.biz/Neodymium/Block-neodymium-magnet.php this thesis.The influences of the temperature on the magnetic flux density of a point P in the air-gap of the SmCo magnetic circuit including the magnetic temperature compensation alloys were simulated with the ANSYS finite element software. Experimentally, the magnetic temperature compensation properties of the alloys were verified in the SmCo magnetic circuit. The experimental results are agreement with the simulation results qualitatively. The results shows that with the application of magnetic temperature compensation alloy, the change rate of magnetic flux density of the point P varied from -0.029 mT/℃to 0.004 mT/℃in the temperature range of 20℃to 160℃. This indicates that the magnetic temperature compensation alloy has an excellent compensation effect. The results also show that the compensation effect of magnetic temperature alloy depends intimately on the sectional area of the alloy. Small sectional area results in inadequate compensation, and large sectional area results in excessive compensation.

  Sencerless vector control (SVC), as one of the AC motor control technologies, combines vector control and general inverters. With the advantages of wide control range, high accuracy, fast response, controllable torque, low cost, high reliability and unrestricted of environment, the reaserch of sencerless vector control (SVC) methods have presently became the hotspot of the drive control aerea. While the control perfomence is required to be higher, the control algorithm becomes more complicated, which make the traditional developing methods, like DSP control methods, need a long developing cycle. The dSPACE is a software and hardware platform for the real-time Ball Neodymium Magnets control system based on the MATLAB/SIMULINK. It has the excellent real-time, extensible performance and the high reliability. So, as a control platform, dSPACE can completely satisfy the requirements of real-time system and generate algorithm codes automatically at the same time.Firstly in this paper, the motor control real-time model was established in MATLAB/SIMULINK using the rapid control prototype (RCP) method based on the dSPACE. Then the realtime experiments were carried on the motors, according to the experiments results, the limitation of the speed controller was analyzed and an improved one was designed. The improved speed controller can effectively improve the performance of the vector control system.Afterwards, two categories of SVC methods which are PI controller algorithm and MRAS algorithm were studied and improved. Both of the methods are based on fundamental excitation.

Moreover, the synthesis problem of controller in the turntable servo system was investigated with the robust control theory on the basis of the analysis of the effect of the model perturbation to the system.Firstly, the control structure of servo turntable system was analyzed and designed. The mathematic model of permanent magnet synchronous motor was deduced with complete decoupling. The uncertainty and its formation mechanism appeared in the system was analyzed in detail. Two main uncertainties, the input time delay and high frequency no modeling dynamic, were described with the magnetic materials model of unstructured multiplicative uncertainty. The uncertainty of the controlled object modeling was analyzed. As for the time delay and high frequency no modeling considered in design, the uncertainty modeling of non structure was found.Secondly, the concept of the standard H∞problem was introduced based on the relationship between performance index and robust stability in H∞control theory to solve the problem of robust control in the uncertain system. The structured singular value theory was used to reduce the conservation of the standard H∞design in the multi-uncertain system. The sufficient and indispensable condition of the robust stability and robust performance was investigated with the theory ofμ-analysis and synthesis.

  Nd3Fe29-x-0.9CoxMo0.9 (x= 4,8,12,14,16) alloy ingot and ribbons were prepared by melting quenching and a single roller melt-spinning of 20m /s method respectively,their structure and magnetic properties were examined by XRD,SEM and VSM measurement instruments。VSM results indicates that the saturation magnetizationσs and the residual magnetizationσr have not any obvious changes for Nd3Fe29-x-0.9CoxMo0.9 (x = 4,8,12,14,16) ingot samples with the Co content increasing , and the coercivity Hc are smaller。After annealing, the neodymium prices saturation magnetizations of all the ingot samples decreased respectively, and the coercivity were increased。the biggest coercivity was 5205Oe and the saturation magnetization is 122 emu/g (1T) when x=8 for the Nd3Fe29-x-0.9CoxMo0.9(x=4,8,12,14,16) ribbon samples。When annealing at 723K , the saturation magnetizationσs and the residual magnetizationσr were relatively decreased,and the coercivity was corresponding increased, the maximum coercivity is 5591Oe when x = 8, and the saturation Magnetizationσs is 65.15 emu/g。To reveal the relationship between coercivity and microstructure, Nd3Fe29-x-0.9CoxMo0.9(x=8) with a larger coercivity and Nd3Fe29-x-0.9CoxMo0.9 (x =16) with a lower coercivity were chosen to investigated by means of SEM and XRD。The results show that the main phase of the sample is 3:29 phase and the mixed phase is a small number ofα-Fe phase when x = 8;the main phase of sample is 2:17 phase when x=16。The internal grain size of x = 8 samples are more http://www.999magnet.com/products/142-neodymium-prices uniform,and for x = 16 samples , the internal grain size is very uneven,and there are some black dots in some places。To sum up:1、For the first time the samples with the main phase of 3:29 phase was prepared by melting quenching。2、It is found that the larger coercivity can be achieved through the appropriate amount of substitution of Fe with Co。3、The coercivity mechanism for the studied sample was the domain wall pinning model。4、Further work is in progress。

  Computer simulation technology has been playing more and more important role in the research and analysis of AC drive system. The computer simulation can provide convenient, cheap, flexible and reliable model for us, through which the working characteristics of each part of AC drive system can be analyzed. And then, the optimal parameters are chosen and better system scheme is confirmed.To research the control performances of AC drive system deeply, it is necessary to research and analyze the computer simulation technology further. To fulfill the aim of improving and enhancing the control performances of AC drive system through simulating and analyzing each rubber magnetic sheet part of AC drive system. In this paper, the AC drive system is analyzed in three aspects: modeling, simulation technology and experiment research. Especially, the applications of PSpice and Matlab, the two most powerful simulation software, in AC drive system simulation are researched in this paper.Generally, in the first stage of design, the Simulink in Matlab is usually adopted to get the standard reference value using the ideal model. But in the next stage, PSpice is mostly used to perform the real characteristics simulation for the circuit. So the influence of system non-linear character, delay and response characteristics of the real components on the system is evaluated. Therefor, the powerful circuit simulation function of PSpice and the mighty calculation function of Matlab must be used synthetically.
  The component models, subsystems and subcircuits of PSpice are used to perform DC analysis, AC analysis, Transient analysis, Fourier analysis, temperature analysis, parametric analysis and Monte Carlo analysis etc. Then the system data analysis, output curve fitting, data integration, data division, statistical analysis and planar, three-dimensional plot are performed using Matlab.To begin with, the actualities, development trends of AC drive system and the model of PMSM are studied.
